To celebrate the release of Grit, the debut EP, Bande á Part is throwing a special intimate late-night launch party at The Social.
Bande á Part are a London-based alternative rock band bringing raw intensity, razor-sharp songwriting and a strong DIY ethos to the city’s alternative scene. Led by songwriter and guitarist Sabina Hellstrom, the five-piece fuse alternative rock, post-punk, trip-hop and electronic elements. Formed in an East London warehouse and built on a love of artistic independence, Bande á Part have quickly become known for their high-pressure live shows, dark energy and uncompromising presence. Their debut EP, Grit, is a visceral statement of resilience, desire and modern desensitisation —quickly establishing themeselves as one of the most exciting new names emerging from London’s underground.
“Dense crowds piling in for Bande á Part, who duly rip into a frenzy of muddy distortion, choppy bass riffing and looming slapback-heavy vocals… The moodiness of Slint with the chaos of early Swans.” — DIY Magazine
“Bande á Part’s debut track is a portrait of artistic chaos.” — Hero Magazine
