‘All four of us have had that experience. Mark was in Ibiza in 1987, ‘The Summer of Love’. Cafe Del Mar by day, Amnesia, Ku and Glorys by night. Returning to London, he was a regular at Shoom, The Future and Spectrum which took the Ibiza experience and gave it a London twist. He eventually owned and ran Bar Zuka in Ibiza. Phil is described by some as ‘Mr Balearica’, in the early 90’s he DJ’d regularly at The Cafe Del Mar and was a big part of the vibrant London Balearic scene. Pete got a lot of inspiration from the DJs playing in the Ibiza and went onto develop his own, unique sound. And Oliver was a major player in the clubs on the island and a stalwart in the London Balearic parties as well. It is true to say…you are in good company.’
