Shunt Voltage bring their f*ck*d up electronic punk disco action to London for the first time.Their music is a combination of grooves, textures/effects and samples jammed together against a backdrop of industrial sounds and rhythmic beats. They mix their tracks live on the fly resulting in something unique every time they play. The musicians behind Shunt Voltage have links to A Certain Ratio, Marconi Union and Factory Records. Oh, and one of them was once asked to join The Fall.
Stash Magnetic are a 2 piece electronic act, Nick Riggio and Rebecca Magnetic. Through secret magical processes they fuse the influences of techno, house and rock with dark, psychedelic undertones. Hailing from Toledo, Ohio, they currently reside in London.
Duncan Gray (Tici Taci label Boss), John Paynter (A Space Age Freak Out) and The Long Champs (Tici Taci) are all firm favorites of the ALFOS underground scene and the evening will be extra special due to being the first London gig from John Paynter and the first ever public outing for The Long Champs.
