Wonky Acid House Business returns for the Spring edition with more chuggy acid infused disco manoeuvres – along with a slight curve ball.

Tronik Youth [DJ]: aka Neil Parnell formed NEIN records alongside Ian and Jonah Considine in 2012. Since forming NEIN Records, they have built up a huge reputation for releasing highly discerning tracks, often collaborating with industry giants such as Bufi, Hardway Bros, In Flagranti, Curses and Munk, to name but a few.  NEIN releases have received widespread support from all manner of performers including Tensnake, Optimo, Andrew Weatherall, Sean Johnson, Justin Robertson, Kiwi, Morgan Hammer, Headman, Emperor Machine, Vito Aeroplane, Horse Meat Disco, Richard Norris and many others. Tronik Youth has DJ’d all over the world, South America, Australia, USA and most of Europe including Renate, Berlin where Foto ist verboten!

Shunt Voltage [LIVE]: They are from Northern Shires, they play acid tinged, groovy, chuggy tunes, they sing, shout and mix live and show weird video’s, they are rather good. People dance. ‘Obsessed’, ‘Addicted’, ‘Sci-fi Pictures Lie’.

Duncan Gray [DJ] Label boss at Tici Taci. The label was founded in 2013 with a few demos sent to Andrew Weatherall for road testing. The music was well received, fitting perfectly into the downtempo ‘drug chug’ vibe that Andrew had been curating alongside Sean Johnston at their now famous club night A Love From Outer Space. Sean now continues that mission alone, after the sudden passing of Andrew Weatherall in 2020, who is very fondly remembered within these and many other parishes. In addition to Duncan’s own releases Tici Taci have many well received releases under their belt including from The Long Champs, Rich Lane, Jack Butters, Mr BC, Boy Division, Shunt Voltage, Uj Pa Gaz, Sons of Slough, Martin Eve etc. etc. the list is substantial! 

Sophie Henderson [LIVE]: Having played Glastonbury and supported London Grammar and Florence and The machine on their tours Sophie will be embarking on a UK tour in 2023 with her new album.
